Welcome to Norwalk Public Schools!  To register your child for the 2021-2022 school year, please follow the appropriate link below:

Supporting documents needed to complete registration:

  • Child’s birth certificate – original needed for verification
  • Completed CT Health Assessment Record – link below to printable forms:
  • Parent/Guardian photo identification
  • 3 Proofs of Residency – link below for list of acceptable documentation:
    • Residency Checklist (English & Spanish):
    • Affidavit of Residency – you will need to complete the two forms and have them notarized ONLY if you cannot provide adequate documentation in your name for proof of residency

Registration documentation may be brought directly to the schools to be reviewed and copied – you will receive your original documents back.
